PT: BICO 2025 é um projeto de cooperação cultural entre Espanha e Portugal, com a organização de Córtex Frontal (Arraiolos), LEA (Madrid) e Appleton (Lisboa), dividido em duas partes:
A primeira parte consistiu numa open call e na seleção de artistas residentes em Portugal e Espanha para participarem na exposição coletiva realizada na Appleton, em Lisboa, na qual participei com a peça Celosía, 2025, visível na imagem. A segunda parte consiste no prémio de participação em residência artística, pelo período de um mês, na LEA – Lab of Experimental Art, em Madrid, que recebi como forma de desenvolver a criação artística em relação com a cidade e consolidar pontes com vista à criação de comunidade entre os dois países. The second part consists of a residency award at LEA – Lab of Experimental Art, in Madrid, for a period of one month, which I received as an opportunity to further develop my artistic practice in relation to the city and to strengthen bridges towards community building between the two countries. Promovido pela Cortéx Frontal (Arraiolos, PT) e LEA (Madrid, ES), em colaboração com a Appleton (Lisboa, PT), apresenta-se como um programa em várias fases que inclui a criação e exposição de obras, intercâmbio de artistas em residências de um mês no país vizinho e apresentação de projetos às diferentes comunidades de cada instituição. * BICO is a cultural cooperation project between Spain and Portugal, born from the desire to foster creative exchange and build an artistic community between the two countries. Promoted by Cortéx Frontal (Arraiolos, PT) and LEA (Madrid, ES), in collaboration with Appleton (Lisbon, PT), the project unfolds in multiple stages, including the creation and exhibition of artworks, the exchange of artists through month-long residencies in the neighbouring country, and the presentation of projects to the different communities involved in each institution. |
